The Fawn Creek Faculty Series

Welcome to Fawn Creek High!

If you fell in love with the charm of the original Fawn Creek series, get ready to head back to school. While the town has its own tales to tell, the halls of Fawn Creek High hold a world all their own. The Fawn Creek Faculty series takes you behind the closed doors of the teachers’ lounge and onto the sidelines of the gym to follow the educators, coaches, and staff who keep the town’s heart beating.

They spend their days guiding the next generation, but when the final bell rings, these faculty members have their own lives to navigate—full of old wounds, new beginnings, and the kind of romance that wasn’t in the lesson plan.

In the Fawn Creek Faculty series, you’ll find:

  • Workplace Romance with a Small-Town Twist: From the quiet sanctuary of the library to the competitive energy of the athletic department.
  • The “School Family” Bond: A tight-knit cast of colleagues who support each other through every faculty meeting, holiday mishap, and life crisis.
  • Sweet, Character-Driven Stories: Real-life heroes and heroines—like the librarian finding her footing and the English teacher guarding a secret—who prove it’s never too late for a fresh start.
  • A Familiar Setting, a New Perspective: Visit your favorite Kansas town through the eyes of the people who see its future every day in their classrooms.

The Fawn Creek Faculty series is a standalone spin-off of the beloved Fawn Creek series. While you don’t need to have read the original books to enjoy these stories, fans of the town will love catching up with familiar faces and favorite spots as they get to know the staff of Fawn Creek High.

Pull up a chair in the lounge and settle in—the school year is just getting started, and love is officially on the syllabus.

After a messy breakup, Alex is ready for a reset. On a whim, she applies for a job as a high school librarian in a town she’s never even heard of-Fawn Creek, Kansas. Somehow, she lands the job, finds a sweet widow willing to rent her a room, and packs her Mini Cooper with books, cardigans, and crochet supplies for a brand-new life.

What Alex doesn’t expect? The library is in desperate need of help, and the job isn’t quite what she was promised. With encouragement from her new friends, including one very cute high school gym teacher, Alex decides to take matters into her own hands and turn the library into something truly special.

But will her efforts be enough to convince the school to keep her on the payroll? And is Fawn Creek just a temporary stop¿ or the place she’s been searching for all along?

This is a sweet, closed-door romance with all the heart and none of the heat.

The Fawn Creek Series

This is my debut series that takes place in the fictional community of Fawn Creek, Kansas. This cozy Hallmark vibes, lots of banter, and everything there is to love (and sometimes loathe) about small town life.

My stories are closed door romances, however there is some profanity.

These books are standalone interconnected novels, so they could be read out of order if you’d like. But, to really meet all the characters I will list them in order here.

When Tyler Burris turned eighteen and left her hometown of Fawn Creek, Kansas, she insisted she would never be back for anything more than a short visit; and for ten years, she held true to that promise.

That is until her long-term boyfriend drops a bomb on their relationship, leaving her blindsided, as well as homeless. With no other choice, Tyler returns home to Fawn Creek with one goal in mind: to get her life back in order and to get back to the city as quickly as possible. Thanks to a pet snake, a displaced rooster, gossipy townsfolk and a run in with a grumpy neighbor, it seems that she would have no problem getting back out of town without looking back. That is, until she finds out that the grumpy neighbor isn’t so bad after all… or is he?

There’s No Place Like Home is a story about realizing your dreams, learning to not settle for less than you deserve, and a reminder that it’s never too late to go back home.

Avery Thompson believed love was out of reach after escaping her controlling ex-fiancé, Cory, whose possessiveness left her both emotionally and physically scarred. But she’s determined to build a better life for herself and her daughter. Even if she has to do it alone.

Encouraged by her friends, Avery dives into a new, and totally unexpected, side hustle as a content creator, in order to gain financial independence. As her online fame starts to take off—with plenty of quirky, laugh-out-loud moments along the way — Avery finds herself unexpectedly falling for Derek, Fawn Creek’s hunky police officer that always has her back.

But when her past traumas rear their ugly head, will she allow them to sabotage the life she’s worked so hard to create?

Dating in a small town is hard. Not falling for your friend’s brother? Even harder.
Madison King is single for the first time since junior high and determined to make the most of it. After a devastating divorce and one regrettably amazing night with her friend’s brother, she’s back home from vacation and ready to focus on what really matters: rediscovering the colorful, confident girl she used to be.

She’s got a plan, starting with everything from a fresh hairstyle to new paint on the walls. There’s only one rule: absolutely no more Bryan Thompson.

She might even go on a date or two… but dating in a town like Fawn Creek? Not exactly the fresh start she imagined. Between nosy neighbors, awkward setups, and walking red flags disguised as eligible bachelors, Madison’s quickly learning that being single in a small town comes with its own set of challenges.

Maybe Madison is destined to be alone after all.

Or maybe her friend’s brother isn’t nearly as off-limits as she thought.

Ever since Ava Montgomery unexpectedly became a single teen mom, she’s had one mission: give her daughter the best life possible.

Between building her business, supporting her daughter, and holding her friendships together, any chance at romance has always taken a back seat.

That is, until Eric Garrison, the local delivery driver, shows up on her porch armed with dad jokes, easy charm, and a smile steamy enough to melt her right onto her doorstep.

What starts as a friendly connection soon becomes something deeper, but falling for a single dad with a tenderhearted little boy wasn’t part of Ava’s carefully planned life. Still, as the lines between friendship and something more begin to blur, she starts to wonder if love has been waiting at her doorstep all along.

Filled with heart, humor, and small-town warmth, Signed, Sealed, Delivered is a story about second chances, unexpected beginnings, and the love that finds you when you stop looking.
